We don't collect your data. There are no accounts, no analytics trackers, no cookies set by us, and no third-party advertising on this site or in the app.
The Breathe app stores your session history (technique used, duration, optional mood check-ins) in your browser's local storage, on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else. You can export it as a CSV or erase it at any time from the progress panel inside the app.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data (such as your IP address) under Google's privacy policy.
If you choose to join our email list elsewhere on Your Best Life™, that's handled separately and only with your explicit opt-in. The app itself never asks for an email address.
